  • As a massage therapist, I believe in empowering your body's inherent ability to heal itself. My role is to support you in unwinding, restoring balance, posture, vitality, and regulation of the nervous system. I approach the body holistically, addressing specific muscle tension while creating a safe environment for relaxation and mind-body connection. Drawing from various techniques, including remedial, deep tissue, Swedish, Balinese, trigger point, stretching and acupressure.

My interests vary from pain management, injury rehabilitation, deep relaxation, seniors, to expecting and new mothers. I am committed to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive care, welcoming clients of all ages, abilities, backgrounds, and identities. My treatments are adaptive, and I strive to honour your unique needs and life experience.

My own journey with chronic pain, adrenal fatigue, and digestion imbalance has fostered empathy and curiosity about the interconnectedness of body, mind and spirit. Bodywork has been a vital part of my own healing, which has led me to where I am today.  I have many established relationships with local holistic practitioners, from physical and nutritional to emotional and energetic.  I am eager to connect clients with the valley's wealth of knowledge.

I am committed to ongoing education; my practice is continually deepening and refining to provide the best possible care for my clients. This work is truly rewarding, and I’m so excited to share it with my community!

  • I’m a holistic bodyworker who is deeply fascinated by the intelligence of the human body—its capacity to soften, reorganise, and return to a natural state of ease when given the right support. My work weaves together intuitive listening, grounded clinical skills, and a respect for the subtle layers of the body where stress, emotion, and old patterning often live.

I have a particular passion for Kahuna bodywork, intra-oral TMJ release, visceral and abdominal massage, still and somatic work (in the lineage of craniosacral therapy), and external pelvic assessment and release. These modalities allow me to work in the more intrinsic spaces of the body—where tension often hides beneath the surface and meaningful shifts can occur.

Alongside this specialised work, I also offer remedial massage, dry needling, myofascial cupping, pregnancy massage, and relaxation treatments to support clients across a wide range of needs, from injury recovery to general wellbeing.

My intention is always the same: to help people feel resourced within their own bodies, untangled from the pressures and stress that accumulate over time, and more connected to a sense of internal spaciousness and steadiness.

I aim for each session to feel like a return—a coming home to the quiet wisdom within.
